Wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We couldn’t have asked for more! Great communication with host, the property was well-maintained and we felt like it was a home away from home. Would definitely return!

My Family and I had a fantastic time at Jason’s place. Prior to heading out for our getaway we researched what to do in Appleton. Looks like a great city with a lot to offer, but we only left the house to get groceries. Everything we needed was right there. We had great weather and spent our time outside enjoying countless hours in the pool, playing bags and other games. I’m fairly certain we’ll return next summer.

Jon W.Reviewed August 2026 · via Airbnb

I cannot recommend Jason and Kyle’s home enough. We hosted a family reunion here and it had every amenity to make our trip memorable. Grill, smoker, pool, hot tub, and large outdoor space made it easy to enjoy the weather outside. Basement had a huge living area and sectional which was convenient for hanging out with the big group. Bedrooms were perfectly spaced out with convenient first floor bedroom for those with mobility issues. Jason communicated before, during, and after our stay to make us feel right at home. Close to downtown Appleton and lots of access to grocery stores!

My family of 10 (4 grandchildren between ages 5-11) had plenty of room. Everything was very clean. The pool area was perfect for our group. The backyard was very spacious. Best rental that I have ever had as far are supplying everything need you could think of for the duration of our stay. Coffee, creamer, snacks, lots and lots of towels, toilet paper, etc. Jason answered all of our questions promptly.

Had a great time with family in this beautiful well equipped home. Has everything you possibly would need on a vacation. The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family group. The backyard is like living in paradise from the outdoor kitchen, grill & bar area to the inviting Hot tub and warm inground pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again and will definitely recommend to others.

We loved our stay in Appleton! The backyard was the perfect place for a summer getaway. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the landscaping was absolutely beautiful! The house felt a little crowded for 15 adults, but there was plenty of outdoor space for everyone. With high chairs and pack and plays, it was perfectly equipped for little kids too! Jason answered every question we had within minutes and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He even delivered a brand new grill during our stay when inquired about one! The neighborhood felt safe and there were many things to do in the area. We will definitely be returning for our future family reunions.

Marvelous

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this fabulous home. The description was perfectly accurate and it had all of the comforts of home, plus more. We were there in the winter so we were not able to use the outdoor area, but we will for be back! We have stayed in many short term rentals in Appleton and this is by far the best. Everything was top notch!

Great vacation experience!

This house was really clean, in great condition, and in a nice and quiet neighborhood! There were a lot of amenities in this house and we had a great time. The pool and hot tub were a hit! Everything we needed was there in the house and didn’t really have to leave much at all. Only downside was having to figure out what to do with garbage since the garbage cans were full when we got there and they weren’t picked up to be emptied! Otherwise, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Perfect family vacation spot

This lovely home was a perfect spot for our us, our kids, and grandkids. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and all the fun pool accessories. The dogs loved the spacious, fenced in backyard. We will definitely book this amazing get away again!!

Trinette OReviewed July 2025 · via Vrbo

The family all enjoyed the house and pool and hot tub. However, there are three issues we had. There was a lack of charcoal for the grill, not enough to grill our food. There wasn't much lighter fluid left in the bottle also. Please make sure these are checked for future renters. We would suggest that you get a long handled spatula for the outdoor grill, the short handle one doesn't work out well with the heat from the grill.

We're ICU nurses and wanted to have a short getaway outside of our stressful job and we stayed at Jason's place. Me and my friends were really amaze of the house. It is so clean and spotless. Very spacious for a group of 10 adults and a child. We mostly stayed at the backyard, love the pool and the jacuzzi. The landscaping and the decorative lights during the night give us a very relaxing moment. Our 2 nights were not enough as we forget to hang out in the basement. There are so much activities provided and you can do either indoor or outdoor. I love how Jason is so proactive and prompt with responding to our questions. All instructions given were so easy to follow. Overall, Jason's place is so wonderful and will surely be coming back probably will stay a little bit longer next time. Thanks Jason!

This was the perfect place for my bachelorette weekend. Plenty of space and beds for 13 girls, with a comfortable, home vibe. The hot tub was our favorite amenity along with the secluded feeling despite being in a neighborhood. Would definitely go back.

Stayed at Jason’s with a total of 11 girls for our annual girl’s weekend getaway. The house had everything we needed with comfortable sleeping arrangements for a group our size. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked for cooking. The backyard is a gorgeous oasis and where we spent the majority of our time. Despite being located in a subdivision, it still felt very private. Would definitely stay here again.

Worked perfectly for us! Two families were in town for a local wedding and looking for a place where the cousins could all stay and hang out together. Tons of beds and places to sleep (although be forewarned, only two showers) and our group of 12 had plenty of beds without using the air mattresses. But of course, the reason to stay is the back yard. It was exactly as advertised - clean, spacious and very well done. We had the good fortune of amazing weather and took full advantage of the space. Lots of pool towels! The cousins had an awesome time!!

We spent about 2 weeks at the property for the birth of our baby by our surrogate and the house was perfect for our family and little pup! It’s hard to find a perfectly gated yard in the area and this home was fantastic with a massive gated yard. The beds were all really comfortable, the newly renovated basement was an awesome place to hang out and having an office down there was ideal for one of us that was still working remotely. When I needed items the host was amazing and helpful, I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Our group of 10 adults and 12 kids between the ages of 5-13 had an amazing time together at Jason’s house in Appleton. The house has everything you could ask for. Lovely backyard with lots of yard space to play games, tons of seating, heated pool, and large relaxing hot tub. The interior was just as inviting, with plenty of space for a large group and fully stocked with everything we needed. Appleton even surprised us with a lot of good restaurants, such as Mill City Public house for burgers, Sai Ram for Indian food, Pagoni’s for pizza, and enjoyed Mequon Market on the way from Chicago for a less crowded lunch spot with a lot of good food options vs a place like 3rd St Market Hall. Jason was a great host and very responsive. We had no issues and had no reason to reach out during our trip, which is rare! We would definitely consider returning to this home on our next trip.
