Hi there
We're Jason & Kyle, and these are our homes.
We're a fun-loving family of eight. Our lives are full of laughter, kids' sports, and cheering on the Packers, Brewers, and Bucks. When we aren't catching a game or exploring somewhere new, you can usually find us unwinding with a good charcuterie board and a wine tasting.
We've been managing properties since 2018 and genuinely love hosting. The goal is beautifully decorated spaces that still feel cozy — a real home away from home rather than a rental. Every door has an electronic smart lock, so check-in is yours to do whenever you arrive, with nobody to meet and no key to collect.
There is no management company in the middle. We answer the phone, we arrange the cleaning, and we decide whether we can get you in early on a Friday. That is the whole operation, and it is deliberately small. We can't wait to welcome you.

Where we are
Three towns, twenty minutes apart.
Appleton
1 home
The largest city in the Fox Valley, built along the Fox River. Downtown has the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, the History Museum at the Castle, and a dense run of restaurants within a few blocks of each other.
Green Bay
1 home
Home of Lambeau Field and the Titletown district, plus Bay Beach Amusement Park and the National Railroad Museum. Game weekends transform the city; the rest of the year it is comfortably quiet.
Oshkosh
2 homes
On the western shore of Lake Winnebago. Wittman Regional Airport hosts EAA AirVenture every July, the Leach Amphitheater runs riverside concerts all summer, and UW-Oshkosh keeps the town busy through the school year.
How we work
Plain terms, and a real person on the other end.
- Book here and skip the platform fee
- Airbnb and VRBO add a service charge on top of the nightly rate. Booking on this site removes it, which makes this the best price we can offer on any of these homes.
- Dogs are welcome everywhere
- Every home, not a subset. Tell us about your dog when you book so we know who is arriving.
- One calendar, always current
- Our bookings run through OwnerRez, which keeps this site, Airbnb, and VRBO in sync. What you see here is live.
- Ask before you book
- Group too big, dates that straddle a minimum stay, a question about stairs — email [email protected] and you will get a straight answer.

The two of us
When we say the owners answer the phone, this is who you get. No management company, no call center, no ticket number.

What comes with every home.
The full list — all of it true of all of our homes, not a best-case picked from one.
- The whole home is yours
- No shared walls, no lobby, no thin door between you and a stranger. Our homes sleep six to sixteen, so reunions, teams, and wedding parties all fit under one roof with a living room to actually sit in together.
- Cleaned to a standard we check
- Turned over and inspected between every single stay by people who have seen it before and know what it should look like.
- Designed, not just furnished
- Color, character, and things worth looking at. These are not beige boxes filled with whatever matched the carpet.
- You are talking to the owners
- Not a call center and not a support queue. The people who answer are the people who own the place.
- Fast, friendly communication
- Ask before you book and you get a real answer, not a canned one. Something comes up mid-stay and someone local picks up and sorts it out.
- Fast WiFi throughout
- Quick enough for a video call from the kitchen table or the whole group streaming at once. Some homes have a dedicated desk too.
- Kitchens you can cook in
- Real cookware, sharp knives, enough plates for a full table, and a coffee machine with coffee already in the cupboard.
- Towels and toiletries sorted
- Beds made, towels and washcloths out, plus soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Come with a smaller bag than you planned.
- Laundry in every home
- Washer and dryer at every one, which is the difference between a long trip and a long trip with a suitcase of wet gear.
- Somewhere to park
- Off-street parking at every home, and a garage at some of them — useful for tailgate gear in the fall and everything in February.
- Let yourself in
- Every door has an electronic smart lock. Your code arrives before the stay, so you check in when you actually get there — no meeting anyone, no key to collect.
- Dogs are welcome
- Up to two, at every home. Tell us about your dog when you book — no hunting through the fine print to find out.
