We rented the house to get together with family over the holiday weekend. We really enjoyed the big and multiple gathering spaces and the outdoor fire pit. Location was great as close to Riverwalk path and bike trail. You could walk to downtown and surrounding bars and restaurants. Jason was a very responsive host and replied quickly to questions. All the air conditioners were running when we got there so the house was nice and cool. It is an old house but nicely decorated inside. The kitchen is small for a big group and it lacked a dishwasher.
